Number 4 in my low-code UI framework test is ILLA Builder. Like Openblocks, this is very new - actually it was first announced 7 months ago on OrangePage, but really took off only a week ago with what is probably a more finished version. I had some initial problems with the self-install docker-compose: I could not make an account. Turns out that my local server triggers the ILLA central server to send me an activation code, and said server thinks my email is spammy. Note that I am somewhat unhappy about my email address being sent around the world for my self-hosted setup - this is more like what we want to avoid with self-hosted setups in general!
